A deposit of 20% of the total booking price is required when booking. Deposits are normally non-refundable, however if a cancellation is given with more than 14 days notice from the start of your planned stay, then the deposit can be transferred to a future booking to be taken within 3 months.

Reduced terms for children up to 14 yrs when sharing parents room. In our triple room a child sharing with 2 adults qualifies for a 50% reduction on the adult price. Rooms available after 2.00pm on day of arrival and vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Babies can be accommodated in 2 of our guest rooms, where we can provide a cot.

Please note we accept payment by credit, debit cards or cash, personal cheques are only accepted from returning guests or where you book at least 30 days prior to your arrival. If payment of the balance of your account is to be made by credit card then a surcharge of 2.5% of the balance of the bill will be added to cover the additional charges imposed. We no longer accept American Express credit & charge cards.

We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover you against cancellations and curtailment of your holiday due to unforseen circumstances – we recommend World – First Travel Insurance who have policies specifically for holidays based in the UK.
